  • Q: How to install Perfee APP ?
    A: You can download Perfee Android apps from Google Play store. Search "PerFee" on Google Play Store and you will find it. We will launch IOS app in near future. If you have any problem installing our APP, please do not hesitate to contact us via Facebook page or email support@PerFee.com.
  • Q: Do I need to register an account before I buy items from PerFee ?
    A: Yes. An account of PerFee is necessary to make a valid order and receive your product. But you can log in with your Facebook account directly without registration steps.
  • Q: Is my information safely kept by Perfee ?
    A: Yes. Your information would be kept safely as privacy and not open to any third party unless you allow us to.

    Step 1:

    Download and install PerFee App. You can download Perfee Android apps from Google Play store. Search "PerFee" on Google Play Store and you will find it.

    Step 2:

    Open the App and you will be led to the main page.

    Step 3:

    Click the button on the top right or when you are trying to buy some product you will be led to the login page.

    Step 4:

    If you already have an account, you may login with your phone number by sending the code. Or you can login with password by clicking the top right if you have set password when registration. And you can login directly with Facebook by clicking the Facebook icon. If you don't have an account or don't want to login via Facebook, you may sign up by clicking the bottom link.

    Step 5:

    Signing up an account is easy enough. Simply input your real name and phone number and click the "Send code" button. If you already have an account, you may click "Now login".

    Step 6:

    Inputting the verification code you have received you complete the registration. If you haven't received the code, you may click "Resend the verification code" to receive another. Or if the SMS code could not be received, you may set your password by clicking "Setting password" link without verification code.

    After inputting correct verification code or password, your account would be created successfully and you will be led to the personal center page.
  • Q: How to protect my account in terms of security ?
    A: Strong password is recommended to protect your account.
    Kindly keep your account information off others.
    If you forget the password of your account, please contact us for help.
    All your information would be kept as privacy.
  • Q: How can I find the right product I want on Perfee ?
    A: You can find the product by clicking on the category menu on the top side of our mobile app, and then select a category name that you desire. This will show all the products we have in that particular category. Alternatively, you can just type the name of the product/brand in our search bar at the top of the page and click “Search”.
  • Q: Are all products sold on Perfee real and genuine ?
    A: Yes, we are committed to offering Perfee’s customers 100% real and genuine products. High quality products at reasonable prices are provided by us. Please feel free to contact us by sending an email to support@perfee.com at any time if you found a product listed on our website and APP did not meet the standards.
  • Q: How can I contact Perfee ?
    A: You cancontact us via Facebook page (Perfee) and email address (support@perfee.com).
  • Q: How to Place an order ?
    A: Shopping on Perfee is easy! Just follow the steps below once you have found the product you want to buy.

    Step 1:

    Click on the image of the product you would like to buy. If you don't know where the product is, you may try to search it by clicking the search icon.

    Step 2:

    Visit your interested goods page, if you are okay with the good's price and specifications, tap "Buy" button to start your ordering process, adding this product to your cart.

    Step 3:

    Register/Login into your account by entering your phone and verification code or password. Or you can login with Facebook directly.

    Step 4:

    Choose the specifications you are interested like colors and sizes and click "Buy" button and the product is added to shopping cart.

    Step 5:

    Click the cart icon to check your shopping cart. You can edit your cart to add the quantity or remove the product.

    Step 6:

    Click "Check Out" button to confirm your order. Enter/choose your shipping/billing information. If you haven't set your shipping information. You may add shipping address first.

    Step 7:

    Choose your preferred payment option, and follow the instruction to fulfill the payment. Recently we only offer Cash on delivery payment. Online payment would be supported soon. After all the information confirmed, click "Submit Order" to complete the order procedure.
    If you choose Cash on Delivery, we may contact you to confirm the order. If you choose online payment, Please complete the payment before we can deliver the item. Please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service on social media or email to support@perfee.com in case of any problem.

    Step 8:

    You may go to the home page to continue your shopping or view the order in your order list.
  • Q: Can I buy Perfee products from physical stores or offices ?
    A: Perfee is exclusively online shopping mall and no physical shops, you can purchase from Perfee App. If you have any question about the order, you may contact us via social media or email to support@perfee.com.
  • Q: Can I place the order with different delivery info ?
    A: Each order No. can only have one delivery address. You are advised to place orders separately if you want to be delivered into different addresses.
  • Q: Can I place the order for others ?
    A: We suggest you help your friend create an account with Perfee and place the order using the new account. Or you can place an order for your friend via your Perfee account and add a new shipping address for the order.
  • Q: Do you provide door-step-delivery, what are the delivery options ?
    A: Yes, we provide delivery to doorstep within Dhaka.
  • Q: Will somebody contact me before delivering the package to my location ?
    A: Yes, our delivery agency will contact you to confirm your availability and exact location.
  • Q: Which currencies does Perfee accept ?
    A: In Bangladesh We only accept Taka.
  • Q: Does Perfee offer online payment like portwallet, walletmix, sslcommerz and bank wireless transfer ?
    A: Currently we only offer cash on delivery service. We will provide online payment service in 1-2 weeks. Please keep an eye on us.
  • Q: How do I receive my orders outside Dhaka ?
    A: We will support delivery service outside Dhaka within 1-2 months.
  • Q: What should I do if my order is delayed ?
    A: We do our best to deliver on time. We will inform you proactivelyif it is ready to deliver. Do not hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Support Teamvia social media or email support@perfee.com.
  • Q: Can I cancel an order if I placed wrong item or put wrong information ?
    A: Cancellation of order is not possible after we deliver the item. Please contact our Customer Service Team via social media or email support@perfee.com, so that we can advise you on your order.
  • Q: I haven't received my order after a long-time waiting. What can I do ?
    A: We do our best to deliver on time. For goods shipped from overseas, it usually takes 7~15 days if in some exceptional cases it takes longer time but you will be informed proactively. Do not hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Support Team via social media or email support@perfee.com.
  • Q: What do I do when I receive the order ?
    A: Identification - The first thing that you should do once the package arrives is to identify yourself as the buyer by providing your ID or Voter’s Card, Driving License, Work ID or your Passport for identification. The name should match that on the order address. In case you cannot collect the package yourself, ensure you inform us to add the new consignees name or add it to the address.
    Package Inspection - You should inspect the outer package and ensure that it is not tampered with or opened. Give it back to the delivery person if it has been tampered with opened you can refuse to accept it and contact us ASAP.
    Checking - In the presence of the rider, open the package and inspect the following:
    Check the appearance and number (e.g. you order to ensure they are of the product and compare it with that displayed on the website)
    Check the specifications of the product and compare with those on the website. Inspect the color and the size of the product. (Small difference is not a problem as it may be due to the lighting used during photography but a red bag ordered cannot be fulfilled by a black bag.) Inspect the accessories and the gifts that come with the product where applicable. Once you are satisfied with the package, the delivery person will leave. If you open the package at home and find a problem, ensure you send a photo to us within 6 hours of delivery to support@Perfee.com for validation purposes. You should then contact us and be properly advised.
    Signing - After confirming the package content without breaking any seals, sign and if you order with cash on delivery, pay the order to the delivery person. Do not pay any extra amount of your order.
  • Q: After receiving the goods, what should I do if the goods are damaged ?
    A: In such a case, we recommend that you report the damaged items to us. Kindly keep the goods with the original invoices and contact us. We will help you to solve the problem.
  • Q: Can I return my order ?
    A: Before you return your order, kindly be informed of the several conditions.
    For the product to be returned it should:
    1.As a result of delivery of the wrong item that was not ordered for (Perfee shipped a different product from that specified during order confirmation).
    2.As a result of receiving a package with some accessories missing.
    3.As a result of receiving a product that is faulty or dead on arrival.
    4.Be having a problem with quality or a function issue which could be detect.
    5.There are also some other additional conditions related to different product categories, kindly check it with us.
    After you checked those conditions above and its less than 7 calendar days since you received your goods, you can contact us for returning goods.
  • Q: Does my product have warranty ?
    A: In general, warranties are covered by Perfee platform. The warranty card indicates the warranty period of the goods. The warranty card is included in the packaging of the goods. If you can't find your warranty information, you can contact us. Brand product usually have warranty and you will get the warranty card in the package you received. Usually those products have local after sale center.
    Some of global products do not support warranty.
    Goods shipped from oversea usually don't have warranty except we put a warranty info on product details.
    If your product warranty is valid, it offers protection against defects in manufacturer defects, related to mechanical or electrical systems, and materials. In such cases, the manufacturer got the repair cost covered - you don't have to worry.
    If your products don't have warranty, for example phones, computers and consumer electronics, they should be serviced at the respective brand service center.
    Warranties do not cover damage to products caused by accident, misuse and abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear and tear, and/or failure to follow the product’s maintenance advice provided in the user’s manual or warranty card.
